Its here finally!!! Its Valentine's day--the day of love!!! I think February 14th is definitely a day most people look forward to asides their birthdays, Christmas and a few other celebrations. To all the lovers out there, here's a beautiful shout out to y'all and to my darling reader...I love you loads!!!
I got so many requests for a look for valentine day, so I decided to create a look that would be wearable not withstanding the outfit, I had so much fun creating this look; I didn't realize until I saw the pictures and I can't wait to see pictures of yours!!!

I promised not to buy any makeup product for the month of August, it was supposed to be a time to detox from my annoying shopping habit, but here I am---I stand unashamed and defend that I actually needed the things I bought (whatever makes me sleep at night, yeah?). I'll probably try the detox next month.

I must confess I've had this post in the offing for quite a while (longer that usual), notice my long weave, and I've made a different hairstyle since I had this one. To be very honest, my laptop decided she had had enough of me and we've sorta parted ways (she's sleeping in her pink bag).

In my last post, I mentioned that I had a couple of FOTDs that went MIA. I'm keeping to my promise to upload them before the new FOTDS start rolling in.
I got inspiration for this look from my new Revlon eyeshadow quad, it has 4 shades of vibrant gold and they are so pigmented, they last all day!!! For this look, I decided to smoke it up a bit by adding black eyeshadow at the tail end of my eye.

I should start by saying Happy New Month!!! Its the middle of the year already---time indeed flies when you're having fun!!!
I've been here and there and up to my elbows in makeup been having fun also. Today's look is inspired by sudden new love for the color blue and I can blame this on my Wet n Wild eyeshadow palette in Blue Had Me At Hello. I've been having so much fun working it on my face and clients also. Its a simple look and I paired it with a nude lip and also orange also.

How are you doing? Hope you've been having a wonderful week? Mine pretty much just started as I just got back to Abuja from the bustling city of Lagos. It was a wonderful trip many thanks and shout outs to the wonderful people I met while in Lagos.
While planning my trip to Lagos I penciled my itinerary carefully and one of the stores I just had to visit was Gifty's Daughter Beauty (GDB) store located on Toyin street Ikeja. If you haven't heard of the store don't fret!!! Its owned by amiable Mrs Funke Preghafi who's been running the flagship store in Port-Harcourt.
Well, I visited the store and it was pure unadulterated makeup haven (thank God I ditched my ATM card). GDB store retails amazing makeup brands such as NYX, MakeUp ForEver(MUFE), Wet 'n' Wild, Nars, Urban Decay and also an array makeup accessories (boxes, brushes, cleaners) from Zuca and much more!!!
I got a couple of items I've been 'living' to get they are;
