Hope you’re having a blissful stress-free week?? For some unknown reason I’ve been really excited this week, I feel like something is brewing and I don’t even know what is about to happen—it better happen really soon!!!

Today’s look is a different kind of smokey eyes; different from I usually do and I decided to try to put together a step by step process of getting the look together since I still have no idea how to put together a pictorial for a look.

I started by priming my eyes with NYX Jumbo pencil in Milk and then I applied black eyeshadow from Zaron Eyeshadow and Blush duo palette in Showstopper in the inner corner of my eyes, then I applied purple eyeshadow from the same palette and then applied black shadow after the purple applied. Using a contour brush, I swept the black eyeshadow into the crease of my eyes and highlighted my brow bone using Biscotti from StudioMakeup NUDES palette. I then I lined my eyes with Jordana semi-permanent liquid eyeliner in Black and my water line with Asta waterproof gel liner in Onyx. Then following the same process applied on my lid, I applied same products to my lash line. I finished off my eyes with false lashes; I used Ardell Glamour lashes in 103 and of course coated my natural lashes with Zaron XXL Lengthening mascara in Black.

For my lips, I lined with LA Girl lip liner pencil in brown and used LA girl lipstick in Vivid pink (a pale pink color which almost reminded me of MAC Snob). I finished up the lips with Maybelline lipgloss in Crushed Candy.

On my face I used L’Oreal True Match foundation in Cocoa C8 (a gift from my little sister) and Milani Mineral Powder in Deep. I applied Fashion Fair blush in Gingerberry. I’m getting addicted to contouring and highlighting my nose, for that I used a matte brown eyeshadow color from L’Oreal HIP Duo in Shady, I highlighter using Khuraira Shimmer Powder and set my makeup using Motives 10 Years younger makeup setting mist.
