Hope you had an amazing weekend and looking forward to an awesome week? My weekend was great, had a bit of an emotional whirlwind during the last week (nothing major tho—no breakups—I promise). The events of last week helped me make a couple of decisions and I decided to add some a new series to this blog. In the series I’ll be letting you in on my 5 favorite products in makeup, skincare, brushes and maybe even food.

I’m a makeup junkie (you already know this) and I’m proud of it---I’m always in search of new products and every couple of weeks (or so) I always have new favorite products which is a lot of times influenced by the quality of the product, how long it took for me to get it and of course expensive it was. I’m gonna update my favorite products as soon as they change.

My current 5 favorite makeup products are;

Mary Kay Medium Coverage Foundation (Bronze 600) has been my go-to foundation for as long as I can remember. The coverage is adequate and blends evenly when applied with the right tools (my favorite tool for blending has to be my fingers---hahahaha). For my combination skin it lasts for as long as 8hrs or even,or depending on the time of the month**winks**

Zaron XXL Lengthening Mascara is absolutely amah-zing!!! The hype with this mascara for me is the wand—it’s absolutely gorgeous because it has long bristles on one side and shorter ones on the other side reaches short lashes and bottom lashes. The lengthening effect?? So true!!!!

Urban Decay Primer Potion in Original is definitely my most expensive favorite for now that I can’t even let out of my sight. It took almost forever to get it and I must say it was worth the wait. I always wondered what the rave about the UDPP was until I tried and I’ve loved using it ever since.

I discovered Jordana Brow pencil(Dark Brown) a couple of months ago when a friend asked me to order some for her and out of curiosity, I got one for myself and I’ve been addicted to it ever since. It glides smoothly on the brows and stays put for hours and hours, the dark brown is the perfect shade of brown for my skin too.

I first got the Zaron Ultrashine Lipgloss (24 karat) when I got the Zaron Goodie bad last year and it was my favorite product in the entire bag. The product has changed a bit, for better, and this nude gloss is divine. I walk the streets and I have strangers ask me what product I used on my lips (weird right??) which just proves that it’s an amazing color!!!
