FOTD: My Independence Day Look
1:30 PM
Hola Bellas,
It’s been a
while since my last post, I've been up to my neck with work and while it’s been
very stressful (I broke down for a couple of days), it’s been also very
rewarding. Watch this space for my good news coming really soon.
I've got a couple
of reviews to share, but I thought to quickly put down the look I had on for
Independence Day (better late than never). I also paired my look with matching
nails, so look out for the follow-up NOTD post.

After priming my
eyes UDPP in Original and NYX Jumbo pencil in milk, I started by applying
silver eyeshadow into the inner corner of my eyes, then I applied arike green
eyeshadow which is a very rich green color. Then I followed that with MC
Eyeshadow in Humid; frosty deep green shade, I used this to darken the look,
then applied a little black eyeshadow to the outer corner of my eyes to add
more depth to the look, I repeated same process on my lower lid. I the lined my
upper lash line with Jordana semi permanent liner in black and lined by lower
lash line with Asta waterproof gel liner in Onyx I finished off the eyes using Zaron XXL
Lengthening mascara in black.
For my lips, I
first thought of pairing the look with nude lips, but I decided to dd more
color, the look already looked very green. I lined my lips using Nattra lip liner
in Tango which is a fuchsia colored pencil that’s really pretty, I filled in my
pout with L Girl lipstick in Vivid pink and used my every amazing Maybelline lipgloss in Crushed Candy.
For my face, I applied L’Oreal True Match foundation in Cocoa C8 and then Milani Mineral Powder in Deep. I contoured my nose using Tara Orekelewa Dual Pressed Powder in #48. I the entire look using Fashion Fair Blush in Gingerberry and set my makeup with Motives 10 Years Younger makeup setting mist.
